7. Vendor Responsibilities
Vendors are responsible for providing accurate product information, maintaining availability, ensuring product quality, setting rental terms, and fulfilling confirmed rental requests.
Vendors are solely responsible for the products and services they provide through the merise Platform.
8. Product Listings
Vendors are responsible for all product details, including descriptions, images, pricing, availability, and rental conditions. merise does not guarantee that all listings will always be accurate, available, or error-free.
9. Booking Process
Customers can browse products, submit booking requests, and communicate with vendors through merise. A booking becomes confirmed based on vendor acceptance and completion of required booking steps.
Rental agreements are between customers and vendors. Ownership of rental products remains with the respective vendors.
10. Payments and Charges
Rental charges, deposits, service fees, delivery charges, and other applicable fees may apply based on vendor policies and booking requirements.
11. Cancellation and Refunds
